Whilst this may be the third national lockdown, the range of emotions we’re going through will vary from last year’s lockdowns and will also vary from person to person.

Hannah Brooks is a performance psychologist who works with British Triathlon’s top triathletes. She shares some tips for looking after your mental wellbeing and where to look for further support.
